Logistics Quickstart
The job that quietly wins wars.
Logistics is Foxhole's signature system and its most reliable way to matter. If you can gather, refine, produce, and deliver, you are useful in every war regardless of your aim.

What logistics is
Logistics is the chain that turns raw resources into the equipment soldiers use. Players gather scrap and components, refine them into materials, produce crates of gear, and drive those crates to bases near the front.
Nothing at the front exists unless a logistics player put it there. That makes logistics the backbone of the entire war.
Why it matters
Frontline strength rises and falls with supply. A region with full bases can absorb losses; a region with empty bases collapses the moment it is pressured.
A new player who learns one good logistics run is immediately more valuable than one who is still learning to aim.
Your first logistics run
Start small and complete the whole loop once.
- Gather scrap at a salvage field, or collect from a public stockpile
- Refine scrap into basic materials at a refinery
- Produce a few crates of common gear at a factory
- Load a truck and drive the crates to a frontline base
- Submit the supplies and confirm they registered in the stockpile
Finishing that loop once teaches you more than any guide.
What the front needs
The unglamorous items matter most: uniforms (shirts), rifle and weapon ammo, bandages, basic materials for repairs, and gas masks for gassed positions. Radios support intel.
Delivering a truck of shirts and ammo to a struggling base is often the highest-impact thing anyone can do that hour.
Common mistakes
Hauling exotic equipment to a base that just needs shirts and ammo. Match the delivery to the need.
Abandoning a half-finished run. A truck of materials parked in the backline helps no one.

Gathering and refining endlessly but never delivering. Production that never reaches the front is wasted effort.
Complete one full loop — gather, refine, produce, deliver, confirm — before you optimise anything. The whole chain has to connect.
